Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Kristen suggested moving the conference table out of the way and putting down a large cardboard square in the office for his interview.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am going to count not crying in the supermarket where anyone can see me as the meagre win it is, and call outside finished for a while.

Next mountain to climb is eating. The degree to which I don't want to do that is both massive and dramatic.

I wonder why NBC didn't go with Mockingbird Lane. I thought fantasy was sufficiently mainstream with the back alley success of Vampire Diaries & Teen Wolf and the front line OUAT and Grimm that they wouldn't second guess that call. It was an okay pilot. I didn't love it, but there are plenty of shows not cancelled before they air that I think are worse done.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Sheesh, ita !, that's miserable. Did you eat?

I ended up snarfing two meatballs, because in my head, somehow I thought I was going to have time to cook this weekend, but with events not letting out until 9:30, an hour from my house, yeah, not so much. Gonna have to figure out something better tomorrow.

I'm sure there are worse pilots than Mockingbird Lane - but, no real comedy, not very frightening horror, no real suspense. Awful pacing which may be what distinguished it from other pilots. Quite often shows that are worse written than ML have good direction and pacing.

Of interest to some Buffistas. Rebecca Johnson (no I don't know her ) teaches her kids a simple test to identify passive voice. If you can insert "by zombies" after the verb it is passive voice.

I love that "by zombies" test.

Nothing~ma your way, Tyop. (Okay, I'm totally leaving that typo. If you typo typo, you know you're tired. Sleep now.)

Our wings are not tired.

Nothing~ma, Typo.

And I am off to join the massive lines for first day early voting! The degree of my giddiness over this is almost embarrassing. I even talked DH into early voting this year. He likes going and standing with the neighbors on election day, but the tales we told of the fun last time swayed him.

The boys are voting in a different county than we are because we have retained our registration at our house that is under construction in Palm Beach County for various reasons, and the boys are registered in Broward where we live.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I hope to early vote today, but it depends on how early mac gets up and if will remain calm about being home alone for a time.

ALL THE ANIMALS ARE IN THE SAME ROOM!!

No one is getting within touching distance, but no hissing or barking at all.

Bailey did better last night, no barking or baying, only whining for about an hour. Then again at 2:30 at which point I let her out to see if peeing was needed. Then both of us were up at 6:30 and she did her business and now resting beside me on the couch.
