I've still never had Thai food. But there's a restaurant around the corner from us that we want to try.
Ever since reading that list of people to meet before, though, I've had a craving for Wendy's.

Now I want Thai food too, only I have a 3-meal-sized steelhead filet in my refrigerator that I really need to cook tonight (bought it as a manager's special, so its shelf life is pretty much over).

Do not speak to me of the Zillow. The problem with it is, it gives buyers an idea of what they think they should pay, that may or may not correspond to the reality of the market for that specific house. Also, they redid their algorithm within the last year, and retroactively applied it, and values dropped a lot back to 2007 or so.
Signed, been playing counteroffer tag all week, and still think it's pointless. (Although thank god we're not underwater; we'll lose money on the house all told, but we hope to get a good chunk of our down payment back.)
