Went to my first yoga class last night. I was soaked with sweat after 15 minutes. It was way tougher than I anticipated, and the poses I thought would be difficult, weren't and vice versa.
Yay yoga!!! I need to get back to a regular practice. Life has gotten in the way of that way too much lately.

My yoga studio shit down and I am having a hard time finding one w. location, time and type of class that works for me. I thought it would be easy. Isn't everyone doing yoga now?
