It's certainly used a lot. Pithy.
Man, I impulse bought some peach blossom white tea,and I can't be mad at myself. Kinda gross when overbrewed, so I might not keep it at work, because I can never pay attention to steep times there, but it is aMAYzing when done right. I love this flowery shit.
Oh, I forgot to tell you guys my favorite thing I saw yesterday: The guy in line in front of me at CVS was carrying a bag from the fancy-food store, and buying condoms. Planning a good evening! I love when you can tell a story from someone's purchases.
Cashmere, travel~ma and interview~ma for your DH.
woohoo, I have one accountability buddy thus far - and it is someone I like who is not cray cray. Now I will get McPhee on board when I get home tonight also and that will be good for me.
So I just submitted a letter of interest at work to direct a writing conference. In theory, I can this as a good move, and me as a good fit for the job. But a bit stressful. I'll be stressed if I get it and stressed if I don't. Oy! I'm not good at this career-building stuff, but if you have a bit of job~ma to spare, I'd gladly borrow it.
Why can Time Warner tell what (blocked) phone number I'm calling from and Verizon (my provider) can't? I'm assuming that since I'm calling them on the phone line they say they cut off, it's not urgent, but I am too scattered right now to even look that shit up, and apparently there's no one with my name in California with an account with them.
Great! I hope they stop billing me too.
Thing I Learned Today: there is a website that tells you why flags are at half-staff (both national and states). (My office is in front of a new FBI building, and from time to time we have the conversation of "The flag is at half-staff. Does anyone know why? What does the FBI know???") [link]
I was wondering why the flags in Highland Park were at half-staff today, but it wasn't in that website. Must be a local person who died.
I recommend LoseIt.com and its accompanying phone app for fitness tracking! I could invite you and you could be my LoseIt friend!
How handy! Flags were half-staff in Utah a few days ago, and I didn't know why.
edit: I'm impressed with the states that lower their flags for their servicepeople.
