I had some tortilla with potatoes
Nom, tortilla Espanola. We informed my niece that she was required to learn how to make a good one before she comes home from Spain...
My hotel is literally part of the city walls.
So cool!
Wow, Gud, that's kind of ridiculous.
Me, I was on the phone when the fire alarm went off, so I trudged down 7 flights of stairs with a couple of hundred bureaucrats and stood in a park for half an hour. Then I went for coffee and learned that I don't like Specialties' coffee very much: it tastes burned.
Gud, just fix what's wrong. What's the problem??
I miss fire drills! We apparently don't have them here.
So what do we think about this: Extremely High-Waisted Pants
The Top Belt Jumpsuit designed by fashion house Viktor & Rolf was made to look like extremely high-waisted pants. They are available to purchase at Shopbop.
They kind of make my brain hurt.
Gud, just fix what's wrong. What's the problem??
Hahahahahahahahahaha
I snagged a license, and I can see my fate again.
Holy fuck. $480 phone bill. And only $60 of that is roaming from going to Toronto. I can expense a hundred of that but jeez.
I swear I thought I'd been hacked. But no, I just didn't consider that when I switched to working from home three days a week that I needed to reexamine some shit.
Also - today is the first day of Rolex!
I started to echo that ! and then realized that
my
Rolex is in January and has cars racing for 24 hours. It's that kind of reading comprehension failure day.
That seems odd. Nova seems to be a reliable, scientific-based exploration of the world, and the Kochs seem to be the opposite of reliable and science-based.
I have the biggest cognitive dissonance when I watch Nova programs and their names pop up. I mean, I think they are terrible and yet they help sponsor a show that I really like and has taught me a lot over the years. The twelve-year-old in me that hates their politics mutters, "you mean, cocks" when it comes on nearly every time.
Anyway, the same group is doing a rifle marksmanship event this Sunday in Phoenix, and it's free! Only it starts at 9, four and a half hours away from me. And I would have to call to register, like today probably.
Go to Phoenix. I miss it. I have no logic behind my vote. Just I miss it and have no reason to really vist there.
You could visit me, Cass.
I haven't entertained Buffistas in quite some time.
IJS.
I need to come see you too, erikaj, when one of these trips isn't me fleeing the city!
