I am back from San Francisco and pretty wiped and feeling residual airplane crud ick. However, weekend with Bayistas was awesome! Lee was a fantastic hostess and I got to see: JZ, Matilda, juliana (and her DH), megan walker, Jen K, and Hec! Awesome.
Ferberizing is a great way to regularize kids' sleep, but it's hard to get parents to comply with it, because they often perceive it as harsh, no matter how many times you tell them the kid will be better off in the long run.
Mark Weissbluth’s "Ferber-Light" (Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child) is an easier sell. Even for a pair of clinical psychologists. We used it on our twins.
