Roomie got home and we had a glass of rumchata (I had to introduce her to it!) and I made her eat some sweet potato butter and pumpkin cream cheese frosting (on an english muffin) and a bite of pumpkin greek yogurt (we agreed it needs granola).
Now we are having a pizza, which is half beets and...stuff? and half "pig and pear" (prosciutto)
Cupcake shenanigans are being planned for tomorrow night.
(Also, the pork and tofu thing sounds delish. I am a big fan of the pig)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
I've uploaded pictures of the new floors in my kitchen and bath. I went with the wood-look vinyl plank. I love it! So much better than the old sheet vinyl.
