When Jake was about ten months old, I kept thinking I wanted to have another baby right away. I didn't, really -- I just wanted the not-crawling infant who slept in my arms back for a day or two.
Yeah, I get that. I am totally going to miss her sleeping in my arms. I love that part like crazy.
It was when he was just a month or two old, and I could lie down on the couch and put him on my chest and stroke his back until we both fell asleep. Very peaceful.
But they're more fun when they get bigger! Really!

Heh. I'm a little worried that Rose may be prone to tantrums, or to holding her breath in anger until she passes out, to judge by some of her more severe freakouts. Only time will tell.

Jesse, I had no idea the pumpkin ice cream wasn't all that! I bought the pumpkin cream cheese this morning (along with some english muffins), I had completely forgotten about it because they just moved around the cheese and everything. But it is so yum!
