The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I don't think I can watch the debate. It already makes me want to punch someone, and the TV won't let me do that.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Jim Lehrer is going to throw his pen at someone's head before the night is over. My money is on Romney.

I hate even hearing Romney's voice.

No one's voice could ever, EVER nauseate me the way Dubya's voice did, so Romney has a leg up there.

He looks like an actor who plays the president, not an actual president.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I've had the debate on for maybe 5 minutes and I think that's enough. Romney's debating style is like everything I hste about talk radio.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

He could use a touch more of the spray tan tonight.

Let me also just say that PBS doesn't get money from the government. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting does, and that money goes to make PBS (and other) programming, but it's not exactly the same thing.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Let me also just say that PBS doesn't get money from the government. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting does, and that money goes to make PBS (and other) programming, but it's not exactly the same thing.

What the hell is this, you and your facts?

I think Romney just told Jim Lehrer that he's going to fire him. He is SERIOUSLY going to get a pen in the forehead.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Romney is treated Lehrer like Lehrer is one of his employees. WTF.

I cannot even imagine.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Jim Lehrer is going to throw his pen at someone's head before the night is over. My money is on Romney.

If he gets the spin right, he could pull the two-for-one ricochet.

Anyone watching CNN? I'm not following the squiggly line at the bottom of the screen. Who is it measuring? Up for Obama, down for Romney? Just on the person who's currently speaking?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Wow, so he's really ready to gut the safety net. Or at least he's talking that way.

I think so. It's a pithy line, it sums up his line of criticism on the role of government, and it blunts accusing him of trickle-down economics.

Yeah but it also echoes the "feel entitled to health care and food" line that hasn't really been playing well.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Not watching CNN. CNN pissed me off so I'm done with them for awhile.
