I think so. It's a pithy line, it sums up his line of criticism on the role of government, and it blunts accusing him of trickle-down economics.
Yeah but it also echoes the "feel entitled to health care and food" line that hasn't really been playing well.

I think he's basically wrong, but still: good line.
I don't disagree. The people he wants to reach? Are going to like that.
No one's voice could ever, EVER nauseate me the way Dubya's voice did, so Romney has a leg up there.
But the words are worse. I didn't think it was possible. If I didn't know he was lying, I'd think he sounds like at least a choice. Well, if I only listened to him once. Clearly he says something different each time you pull the string.
