Onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sort of a variation on mirepoix (onions, carrots and celery), as I learned it.

It looks like lots of different sorts of breads with fillings, lots of beans and rice, a bunch of things made with squash, and most of the sauces are heavy on the onions, garlic, peppers, and parsley or cilantro.
That all sounds yummy.

So I finally have an official diagnosis to go with my cough, which has been going on for 7+ weeks now. But it's an acronym so I don't quite remember the order: PIRADS? PRIADS? Post viral cough basically. I want it OVER. Even if I need to take steroids to make it go away, dang it.

I've strained my lime cordial and now I'm trying it with some fizzy water, but I can't tell if it tastes right. I think I'm going to have to get some gin. What's a good gin, bearing in mind I really only like it in gimlets?
