The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Wide stripes! Narrow stripes!

Erm, so? (Says the woman who's planned outfit for tomorrow includes a black blazer with narrow pink stripes and a pair of stockings that are wide pink and white stripes.)

Oh! I have a bracelet question. If you have a bracelet with writing or a picture that has orientation to or away from your hand (like a Livestrong or What Would Jesse Do bracelet), what way do you point it? So you can read it, or so others can?

So I can read it, because I'm wearing it for me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But I already know what it says? (It's the Wonder Woman logo in this specific case...)

As for the stripes, if the thin stripes were on the smaller or higher piece of clothing (tie), I wouldn't feel awkward about it. But if feels upside down this way.

Our wings are not tired.

You guys! My BFF is pregnant! I am so excited. She was on the pill and its a huge shock but she and her husband and kids are all excited.

Is this you-know-whose sister?? Cool beans!

Kat, so happy that your surgery went well and you're out of pain.

Lots more, but dude I am the worst Meara-er EVER.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

So I can read it, because I'm wearing it for me.

My answer as well.

I will mix and match some things but I wear a pretty austere colored wardrobe and just accept that I still think glitter is a total neutral and gray and black stripes are always the right answer.

I have the same question as Javachik, Stephanie. Also, yay!

Yay Kat being better, but boo it happening at all.

Yay for getting to do dinner with Pix and ND since I'm in Pasadena tonight! (and yay for my computer finally consenting enough to get some of my work done before dinner)

I would think Katherine Heigl would be bottom of that list, and Queen Latifah and Helen Mirren at the top, but that's just my taste talking.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know who these people are on my site (wait--that just made me think--let me check their nationalities...hmm....India is #7. Maybe that helps explain why this is the order:

  • aishwarya rai
  • katherine heigl
  • fairuza balk
  • winona ryder
  • maggie gyllenhaal
  • helen mirren
  • queen latifah
  • lili taylor
  • aj cook

Still, there's a long long list of women. These are all doing decently well.

I feel most of these sites were because you forced me to do them. Why can't you magically transmit solutions into my brain for efficienting them up?

We're persuasive for pretties, not efficient.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It is for us to want and for you to do?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Hope you feel better soon, Kat.

Trust my rage

Is this you-know-whose sister?? Cool beans!

Yes! And, funny story, we went and bought the cheapest pregnancy test in Safeway today. She peed on it and then we watched it. Nothing happened so we tossed it in the trash and figured it was negative. I headed home. 2 hours later she had to pee again and no one else had used the bathroom so she picked it up just because - totally positive! After that she called me, we freaked out on the phone some and them she went and got a digital one. For as pregnant as she is (probably 7-8 weeks), I've never seen one so slow. I guess that's what you get when you get the cheap one.
