Or, you could be like me, and make a point of living in a diverse area. I have no idea what the demographics of various ethnic or racial groups are in the US, and based on what I see every day, I am likely to wayyy over estimate.
I'm working on my self-assessment, which is leading to crippling anxiety.
I'm in the ER and I'm terrified because I don't see anyone I recognise yet, and I'm angry at everything that made this a daytime (slow) visit and I threw up in the five minutes I was home before I came back out...and a lot of ands.
