These are stone killers, little man. They ain't cuddly like me.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

TEN YEARS.

Astonishing.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

How does he go through doors?

I was wondering that. And does he ride the subway?

Thrive to spite them

Ten Years! That's just for this board!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

It's probably down most of the time. I did send it on to the SO, though, since he appreciates a good mohawk.

Also, seriously, ten years? I don't know about all y'all, but I must have started posting here when I was a mere infant.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Ten years? Wow. I know I haven't been here the whole time, but it feels like I have. I can't even remember when I joined.

Typo, I hate dreams like that. They leave a bad taste in my brain all day.

The cat taught the kid to talk! That's wonderful! ....is there a kid who can teach my cat NOT to talk so dang much? He's driving me nuts.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

When did we pass the tipping point from most of our history being here vs WX/TT? It's not possible that we've been HERE for ten years when I still think of this as our new board.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Ten years! I am old. I was young when I started here!

The cat story is amazing.

I know I have asked before, but does anyone have podcast recs to listen to (without headphones) at work. I have my own office, but they can't have too many swear words. I listed to This American Life, Pop Culture Happy Hour, Riki Lindhome's Making it on the Nerdist, and Fresh Air with Terri Gross. I also can't stand Diane Rehm's voice.

Riki's podcast is starting to have too many swear words!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Talk of the Nation and Planet Money?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I think all of my favorite podcasts are NSFW. Even including StoryCorps, because that makes me cry on the regular, which is not safe for work in a different way. I sort of hate-listen to the Slate Culture Gabfest, which usually has a couple of swears.

It's not possible that we've been HERE for ten years when I still think of this as our new board.

SRSLY.

Because books.

I've been here since Sara was a few months old and she'll be nine in November. And ... I still think of myself as a newbie.
