I shall call it my trademark...
Trademark color palettes are good! I am in favor of them! (Even if I'm apparently adding gray and dark red to mine.)
Pink crinolines and a pink choker would be really pretty with that dress. Do you need me to send you pink ribbon? I kinda-sorta-maybe have a stockpile.
Broiler worked a treat! A little uneven, but I didn't burn the whole thing up and most of the sugar is appropriately charred, so yay!
I can see pink working very nicely.
I am actually set for pink ribbon! And for all I know, it's you who hooked me up in the first place, Jilli. I obsessively don't throw away any ribbon that I receive--so there's ribbon tied around random stuff. And I have some really long pink and black striped pieces I haven't picked a piece of furniture to bedeck with yet. About six foot of it. If only the internet had things like big bitching ankh, I might be totally set up.
So that would make it pink at the neck, ankh shopping (whee!), black tulle at the shoulders, peek of pink at the hem--sheer black hose with black fishnets over, and the granny boots.
Shit like this is entirely why my sister and I should not be mistaken for each other--sometimes we do show up identically dressed, but when we go fancy, we go in totally different directions.
Anyway, please let this work. I hope the dress gets here before I go home next week.
Hmm..I could drop something pink dangling from the skeleton hands too.
In the meanwhile shopping for the ankh. I love this bit.

Feathers
My day would be greatly improved if we had office puppies.
I am being quite productive today, but need to speed it up if I want to get stuff off my desk.

Null set! If there is any kind of justice in the world, null set!
FUCK CANCER.
My coworker--the nicest person in the office--died last night. She was expected to get at least another couple of months, but instead went rapidly downhill over the weekend, and died at home.
Fucking pancreatic cancer. I can't even cry, I'm too angry.
