Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Wow--that's so impressive, Cash!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wow, Owen! Nice job.

Nora, sorry about the house stuff.

sumi--I hope the bank can straighten out everything tomorrow. There just isn't enough hatred for those kind of thieves. I wish them blistering boils and festering sores on their nethers.

I'm looking forward to the rest of this essay. He's had a substitute teacher for the last few weeks while his regular teacher has surgery. Both teachers are amazing and work well with him--he's got some advanced curriculum and seems to be learning at a breakneck speed. I'm hoping to find a summer enrichment program for him in either film or animation so he can keep pursuing this passion of his.

Most of the work they've been doing is writing fiction--which I think he writes closer to his grade level. I think with non-fiction, he really shines--he loves facts and can communicate them very effectively.

I found a movie-making program here at the local university--but it's for 6th to 8th graders. I wonder if they would make an exception for him. If not, I'll try to get him in a grade 3-5 writing program.

I have to give mad props to his teacher. His classmates have made amazing progress on their writing this year and I adore her style of teaching. She enjoys what she does and it shows.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

the facts are all correct and he has the correct people and the correct time line. It looks like he's cobbled together the facts and distilled it down to a very simple essay on the subject.

Way to go, Owen! That is really impressive. He's remarkable.

I wonder if I sent Owen lots of gummy worms now, he might hire me as he rises to world domination.
