And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

“This is getting taken out of context,” he said. “What we said is that in Epcot we saw a man that had a name tag that said ’Eddie, from Mexico,’ and we felt that in the America section of the park, there should have been Americans.”

"Out of context" - Republicans keep using this phrase. I do not think it means what they think it means.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

It means, "I don't like how you're reacting to something I said."

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It means, "I don't like how you're reacting to something I said."

I think it means, "I said something for people who agree with me. Once the liberal media passes it on to people who don't agree with me, then it becomes out of context."

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Heh, yeah, that's more accurate.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Dilemma. There will be no beds today. Grace and I can stay in the ER for another 24 hours or more and hope a bed can open. Or we can transfer to Santa Monica. Or we can go home and hope to get our pediatrician who we cancelled an appt with this am while I was here who could have had us go to Huntington at 8, to open up a slot to see us before 5. Oh. Btw, it is almost noon.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Sheesh. Don't suppose the pediatrician makes hospital rounds, huh?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Kat,

you are in a saga. I'm sorry. I hope this gets resolved soon. Do they have beds in Santa Monica?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Ugh, Kat, I'm sorry. There are really no good choices there.
