See, in my fantasy, when I'm kissing you... you're kissing me. It's okay. I can wait.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, that's incredible, Jilli. Just fantastic.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Jilli, that's such a lovely tribute.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I hadn't gotten it yet, because there was the issue of getting the design done, and getting the money together for it. I'm going to get it on my upper left arm.

The consultation on Sunday is to find out if the design needs any last-minute tweaks, approximately how long it will take, and a price quote. And finding out if my tattooist has the UV-reactive white ink, because that's what I want to use for the dates and the ribbon.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

aw... now my mother will want that AND an Olbermann-style tribute.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Jilli, that's such a lovely tribute.

I agree, every word.

That's lovely, Jilli.

UV-reactive white ink

I had no idea this existed. I'm intrigued.

It's very nifty. And is a good solution to making the dates and the ribbon stand out while not involving color, since all my tattoos are black.

brillig

How does it react with UV?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had heard there were health concerns about those inks. Is that no longer or just never was true, Jilli? Regardless, that's a lovely design.

I just had a ride with the assiest taxi driver. I know he had my destination in his computer, but he keeps making me say it louder and louder until I'm yelling, and then he asks (i swear) Y U MAD? Despite all that, he overshoots his target, executes an illegal u turn, and leaves me on the wrong side of the street, the other side from which we'd been on. I'm about to go into the app and give him a shitty rating.
