And I wonder, what possible catastrophe came crashing down from heaven and brought this dashing stranger to tears?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Can someone tell me why I've had this link open in my browser for a couple weeks now: [link] ? I don't even watch the show. I have no idea why I thought this was worth not closing...

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Yes, you need to get the locale, so you can find out what part of the Midwest it is, since I don't ever see you mention travel to the Midwest!

And..ugh. I just had the inevitable realisation (it's not rocket science) that the aunt to whom I have not spoken since 2002 because she is skanky evil douche swill, will be there too. Since she's actual aunt to my second cousin once removed.

I don't have the language for how much ill will I bear towards her, and how much I will not have grown up by December.

But...it is not my wedding, it is Muffin Pan's wedding. And she loves both me and the evil skank from nether dimensions, so I will behave.

During the ceremony? And before?

Can I be stank after?

Oh, god. The stupid woman gives me panic attacks, I hate her so much. But I'm not going to let her win. Fuck that. Being fabulous is the best revenge.

It's a shame you can't wear this with a Utilikilt, because it just sounds like it goes with one.

Way too synthetic and rugged and pants-requiring for Jilli, but lots of "Grr, I will solve your problem, little man--step aside and let me at it."

I am shady. Also emotionally exhausted from thinking about it and am living in cheerful denial. So. But thanks.

Hmmm... Kristin, have you started school yet?

Today's our first day back with students. We have an online student info system that we are supposed to take attendance in. In the system, there is no kid enrolled in any of my classes.

Who is coming? How many students? How am I supposed to take attendance?

I don't like chaos and don't handle it well. Do. Not. Want.

Sounds like you have an entire classroom of stealth students. Better keep a close eye.
