All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

Oh hey, something like this one!. Tho' I am baffled by the notion that it's marked an XS-S, but fits a waist of 30" - 34".

Maybe? I like leather better, myself.

I've seen some gorgeous leather ones, but they would still be too jarring with my wardrobe.

I think it is because it is meant to sit on the hips?

No, the listing specifically calls out waist size. I may email the seller and ask, because that's pretty much the sort of thing I was thinking of.

I have found that young people call their high hip their waist. Even costume designers-- I have had people buy low rise pants WAY TO SMALL for people, based on their natural waist size.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I think the bustle would kind of balance the bulk of the pockets. It seems to in the pictures.

The Mall has the largest concentration of Smithsonian museums.

OK, I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. But between Natural History, Air & Space, the American Art Museum(Art of Video Games!) plus Madam Tussaud's and the Spy Museum, I think my 2 days are going to be well-filled.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They all look like toolbelts crossed with fanny packs to me.

Yeah, I've liked those sorts of pocket belts, but figure it would make me look even more pear shaped than I am. But I could see Jilli pulling it off. Jilli, if you want more subtle (or leather) ones, Mishu (I think that's the place? In Fremont and on Broadway) has tons.

Because books.

Jilli, maybe a slimmer belt with a drawstring pocket/pouch hanging from it?
