I am SO FRIENDLY on my new shuttle to work, because I already know half the people on there. So this morning, we were chatting, and the one guy says, "I hate to rub it in, but today is my Friday." I was like, IT'S MINE TOO!! And the woman next to me said it's hers too! YAY AUGUST.

It's mine too!! Going to Chicago this afternoon. But then I have to work on Sunday. Stupid (this) August! Only because we have a huge doc due at the end of the month and I have to work non-stop basically until then to get it done. Due two days after my bday which means no days off for birthday. UNFAIR!

I remain tired and my work remains unwilling to pay me to stay home and sleep. I find this state of affairs incredibly irritating. Still, better than so many other situations.
