Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

Our wings are not tired

My equipment is set for remote wiping mainly because of the NDAs that I tend to be under.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

the real problem is that the man did not have a backup of his computer at all.

I thought it was backed up to iCloud, but the hacker wiped that too?

Trust my rage

I think that is something you have to turn on?

My stuff is backed up but only because Apple makes it so totally easy. Also, while I don't have state secrets on my iPhone, I think I'll take my chances with the remote wipe as I have too many people's personal information in my files/emails/etc.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

My father-in-law makes the birthday person what ever dessert they ask for. So three years ago, I started getting pie. Always rhubarb something. The first one was raspberry rhubarb with a lattice top. Last year was rhubarb with almonds and a crumble top, yesterday was strawberry rhubarb with a crumble top.

There was a lot of liquid at the bottom of the pie so we dubbed it "pie gravy" and scopped it out and put it on the ice cream. AWESOME.

Punishingly Intricate

However, Bell and Dohring is totally allowable.

But she waa so cute with that boyfriend named Dax? the one who gave her a sloth visit for her bday? on Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me this past weekend!

I must be the most tech-stupid Mac owner ever. I can't figure out the Cloud thing at all. Which maybe makes my stuff safer?

Also, one thing that hacker would not be able to get into. A freaking BG&E account.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthday, Aims!

It's true.

I am SO FRIENDLY on my new shuttle to work, because I already know half the people on there. So this morning, we were chatting, and the one guy says, "I hate to rub it in, but today is my Friday." I was like, IT'S MINE TOO!! And the woman next to me said it's hers too! YAY AUGUST.
