a local place has some cross-cut sweet potato fries that may just be the one true fried starchy vegetable for me.
There's allegedly a restaurant here that makes tots with sweet potatoes. Sweet tater tots. I think I would never stop eating them.

I'm racing around trying to get crap done. I'm on vacation from 0-dark-thirty tomorrow until Tuesday night, then I go to the office on Wednesday morning and reply to email, then I fly to LA on Wednesday afternoon for two days of site visits, then I come home on Friday night. Yay for vacation, but argh for busy-ness.
Ah, well--at least I get to have dinner with some friends in Santa Monica on Wednesday. Even if I then have to drive down to San Pedro afterwards...
