I know that StyleBlazer.com is the devil, but sometimes I look anyway. I was checking out their "Celebs that are the same age but don't look it", and it's clear that I'm falling behind on pop culture, because I should have known who more of those people were. However, this pair caught my eye, because they could totally be the same age. Which would be ten years younger than their actual age, but definitely could be the same.
Of all the names that I didn't know (I eventually stopped looking people up), Florence Welch was the big one. I have heard the band name a million times, but I hadn't quite processed there really was a Florence (is there a Machine? I don't know these things).

I can't click through that whole piece, but speaking of celebrities who are the same age: Parker Posey and Louis CK, more or less. Which sort of surprised me, but shouldn't have.
Most of those celebrities looked the same age to me. Except Charlie Sheen, who looks older than Martin Sheen.

What is really strange is that I actually retained the information that she went to SUNY Purchase and roomed with Sherry Stringfield (2nd Blake from Guiding Light, but better known from ER). I do not need to know this!

I have little doubt that StyleBlazer is trying to make the point wherever possible that the black person of the two looks younger. That seems in line with their thang.
It just occurred to me that I was just as fannishly attached and completely nerdy about soap operas as people who are not me are about comic books. I can tell you storylines from soap operas I didn't even watch! I could give you the Spaulding, Bauer and Lewis family trees. I remember when the actors changed. Mine are gone now, although I guess I could go back to Days of Our Lives. I haven't watched it since 1986, but I still recognize characters! The last time I tried to watch it, they were doing this horrible internal monologue voiceover that drove me insane!
