Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Here's the brand I've tried: link

I'll have to try that. Prozac has made a dent in my anxiety and depression, but I still have way too much anxiety.

I think a lot of my anxiety is related to the political situation here and global climate change. I think I just need to resign myself to us being fucked. Maybe then I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Bummer about the sorbitol ita, but I bet you can find some without it. And yes, I did get the email and thought I responded. Yes was my response, just in case I didn't manage to send it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Teeth closed isn't relaxed.

I didn't know what goes on in other peoples' mouths! When the dentist asks me to bite down, I always feel like I'm doing it wrong. But I guess that's more due to the overbite than lack of practice.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Teeth closed isn't relaxed.

Yes.

Was that some muffin bluffin', perhaps?

Oh, GABA, I've got some green tea that was processed using nitrogen and that supposedly transforms something into basically the same thing as GABA supplements. It tastes weird, like steamed zucchini, not tea. It seemed like it calmed me down some when I tried it, but, more than having a cup of tea would? I don't know.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yeah, so, instead of a mattress it looks like we'll be buying an extraction, pulpotomy, and crown for Dillo. (I think insurance will eventually cover most of it, but not for 3 months or whatever.)

That's not going to be very comfortable. I think you should reconsider the mattress.

When the dentist asks me to bite down, I always feel like I'm doing it wrong.

Hah, me too.

There's a play called Lips Together, Teeth Apart. That is my contribution to this conversation.

ita, you were totally muffin flirting with him

Is that like bluffin' with your muffin?

Jesse I always feel weird about biting down too. Possibly because when I put one side of my molars together, the other side is not, and vice versa. If I split the difference then it's just random teeth that don't normally touch, and that can't be right...

Can GABA supplements be found in a typical pharmacy?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Two muffin bluffins? Guys, guys...who do you think I am? What sort of a lady?

But there are two many variables in the muffin workflow to put my eggs in any one basket. I have to play it fast and loose.

There are strawberries in the salsa on my blackened salmon! This is an interesting flavour profile. Unsurprisingly, this sibling in the cafe-restaurant pair is more expensive, but the cafe tends to just jacking up the scovilles to the detriment of everything else.

Anyway, yeah, relaxed jaw means a centimeter and a half or so between your front teeth. Try for a slack feeling, including your tongue.

I did get the email and thought I responded. Yes was my response, just in case I didn't manage to send it.

It is perfectly possible that it's my fault, with the new mail program and the flood of sister-related emails. Sorry about that.

Hey--any Arrested Development fans with any quotes that I could use on a shirt for my sister, or a shirt to wear to celebrate her? I'm going to start watching this weekend, but I want to plan ahead. Her friends are not the sort that plan ahead.

She's having friends come in to the villa from 11am that morning, so I figure we'll wear the shirts for breakfast, or whatever we do before the official lyme.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Iron levels not high enough to donate today -- try again next week I'm told.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes.

I stopped at Whole Foods today to get GABA. It works for me particularly at night.
