Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh man, flea. That's a lot of tooth work!

My bite is a mess, I think, and I've never done anything about it. Although it does mean that I'm already damaging my night guard, after about 6 months.

But that does remind me of a survey question I've been meaning to ask: When you (all of you) are relaxed with your mouth closed, do you close your teeth as well?

Jesse, thanks for the Spanish name info! It helped.

You are welcome! I am 90% confident about it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

When you (all of you) are relaxed with your mouth closed, do you close your teeth as well?

Nope.

This might be because I had the TMJ surgery where they removed a slice of my upper jaw.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My fingers are crossed for you, msbelle.

At least half the stuff that was crazy today was crazy in a "well, work just crazy" way. Which is fine. And some was people being dense. There is no reason I need to walk into a conference call of three developers and debug the problem in two minutes when they've been working on it for thirty. I seriously hope they're embarrassed. Like K-Stew photographed cheating on RPattz embarrassed.

I am eating blackened salmon and risotto. I decided real food for lunch, since dinner is almost certainly magic muffin.

One of the guys at the place I buy them from (either 2 or 3 every time) asked if they were all for me. I told him that was a very personal question, and I deserved my muffin privacy. He countered that he wanted to get to know his muffin customers, but I told him I wouldn't share.

Because books.

ita, you were totally muffin flirting with him.

Possibly only of interest to Amy. But they are still cute.

They are! There was a cute video up yesterday, too (very short).

Oh, and I meant to tell you, Jon Walker responded to an email I sent him! It was all very exciting.

Sudden double post. Oops.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

For ita and msbelle: his may not help either of you given the intense life stressors right now, but I have recently discovered that GABA supplements are surprisingly good at releasing stress and helping me relax. Mind you, much of my anxiety currently is just brain induced as I am wound pretty tight, but still I was surprised at how quickly I was able to relax after taking one.

Here's the brand I've tried: link

Teeth closed isn't relaxed.

Hmm, Burrell. I'm pretty sure I'm not good with sorbitol, though. I'd need to find a brand without.

Hey--did you get an email from me a few days back? It might have been around when you got back from vacation.

Oh and thanks for the brown bear cam! Totes sharing that with the kids.

Also don't close my teeth when my mouth is closed and my jaw is relaxed.
