That sounds like NOM, Matt.
We drove for an hour today. A lot of time in one of the subdivisions behind our house. Then out on one of the two lane, 45 mph roads. He did great.
Unfortunately I need to take my car into the shop tomorrow. I knew it was time for an oil change, but I noticed a leak that I think is the air conditioning. Sigh.
What appeared to be leaking?
Could it be normal condensation dripping from the AC? If the refrigerant is leaking you wouldn't see that, as it'd just turn to a gas.
Ooh, that does sound good, Matt.
I have also written a note to my aunt who had surgery yesterday, and tried to move my cable, but the current tenants haven't cancelled yet. Ah well. That took a ridiculously long time on chat to establish. But still! Working the to-do list!
It is actually 1200 but it includes the temp and permanent partial to replace it. So not unreasonable. Just don't need either the lost time, the stress or the expense.
ita, I cannot work out what you are talking about. IS FB Facebook in that sentence?
Yeah, that's a lot of money to spend, but not bad for what you're getting.
Something on the right side of center, behind the front wheels. I noticed it when we had parked, mid driving. I turned off the air conditioner for the drive home and when we got home it wasn't dripping any more. So, I'm just assuming a relationship that sounds improbable now.
I'm pretty sure it is just condensation. When the ac wasn't running, it dried out. It's normal. You probably aren't as used to seeing it because you live in relatively drier climates. Out here? Dude, my vents have rained on me INSIDE the car (of course, that's because my ac doesn't work well enough.) But puddles on the outside is normal.
Ok. Well, I do need to get the oil changed anyway, so I'll ask them to double check. I love my mechanic to pieces and trust his opinion.
I normally don't sit on the passenger side of my own car. We had stopped so CJ could buzz into GameStop to pre-order a game. While I was waiting I heard the sizzle of something under the car.
A friend of mine had an aunt with a Datsun 280 ZX where a big chunk of ice would form on the air conditioner unit.
No, that's not supposed to happen. But lots of water condensation is normal when it's hot and humid.
