Yeah, I don't see that holding up. You can't negotiate your way out of complying with state and federal labor laws. I'm pretty sure that if they don't pay you overtime, they can't insist you settle it through arbitration.

Me, I drove to work because I forgot to set my alarm. Driving to work takes half as long as catching the bus. But I do feel a little guilty anyway.
