Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

Because books.

I think regard for the football program exceeds morals or common sense for a lot more people than the ones responsible for the scandal.

The football program also isn't going to be the powerhouse it was, though, given the restrictions. Which doesn't mean people won't go -- I just wondered.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I made have just pulled something, it is too early for my brain to go there.

It was a valiant effort.

(What, nobody else went to a Music Man place?)

Well now I have.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Their ability to recruit or retain talent is going to be pretty much in the gutter (as is right and appropriate). That doesn't mean people won't go, for sure. But with no chance for post-season and probably non-competitive teams, I think they'll take a big hit.

I wonder about less hardcore out-of-towners, too, who might not want to be associated with going to the games anymore.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

So much of the Penn State community's economy is dependent on football, I suppose the NCAA is really trying to walk the fine line so they don't overmuch punish the truly innocent.
