Right. Piano. Because that's what we used to kill that big demon that one time. No, wait. That was a rocket launcher.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

So the internet can shut down now, I guess.

Great googly FSM, yes. The story about the kangaroo and the woman with the stroke nearly killed me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's not a particular sentence, it's probably every third post of mine.

We're having an all IT meeting (to which I'm late, despite attending remotely. I don't know if they'll take back the award if they know I accepted without pants.) which means another ninety minutes of "together" time on top of the three hours yesterday. I don't know if I can take all of this. Markedly easier while home of course.

So--like that. Or any of a million other ways.

Oh, god, they just showed some of the photos from yesterday's scavenger hunt. The "item" was spelling out the word "spy" on the ground with your bodies. It is not pretty.

NYC currently has a large hail warning.

Weather moving in might take out my swim tonight. Heard rumbles on the way home, so it is definitely not happening right now. Eating dinner now in hopes that I'll get lucky later.

If I ever knew how to use parentheses properly, I've long forgotten. So I just use them all willy-nilly-like.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

It's sunny here right now but I see ominous clouds. Looks like a bad storm moving to the north of me. Which probably means DC is getting wet.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Very dark clouds, just starting to rain in SW DC.

Wow. I can see DC's weather from my house.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

It's freaky apocalyptic weather here. Lots and lots of lightning. Just in time to leave the office, woo. I look forward to seeing if we have power at home.
