You're nice, and you're funny and you don't smoke, and okay, werewolf, but that's not all the time. I mean, three days out of the month, I'm not much fun to be around, either.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

This morning, I noticed that the birds had noticed the bird feeders I had put up in my own back yard, and there were 3 finches on one of them, in my own back yard.

Happy thing!

(and then I left the house and everything went to hell)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yay, finches! That's what I mostly get in my yard: house finches, purple finches, and gold finches. I recently found out that they mimic other birdcalls, so they are a little extra fun to have around.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, god, I just put a Batman cheque in a Batman card to mail during the week The Dark Knight Rises is released.

I feel...thank god the recipient is gonna take that entirely the right way.

The US doesn't issue Batstamps, does it?

My birthday was last month, yo.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

There were comic-book stamps, some of which had Batman. Maybe those are not issued anymore, though. I haven't bought stamps in two years.

Steph, the only person more deserving of this bounty than you is the person helping me acquire my replacement MacBook. I hope you understand, and don't take it personally.

Dude, talking of Batman stamps, these are damned cool: [link] I wish someone would give them to me now. Right now.

Does anyone understand the google search by image logic? Why it will tell you that there are no versions or only small versions of a picture at the top, and then at the bottom it will list "Pages that include matching images" that include 950x300 that's not included at the top? (I was searching by this, for the record). I don't get the criteria. Confuse.

Ah, yes indeed. That's a glorious cause they're advancing.

Oooh. I need shirts with French cuffs.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

flea! Two questions! One, do you still have your house in Athens? My anarchist buddy's son is looking for a room to rent. The rest of the fam has moved to Maine.

Two, what are you doing this Saturday? Also, Steph? The SO has a concert in Bright, IN, Saturday night, and I am considering coming out earlier, especially if I have a chance to hang out with Cinci peeps beforehand. I know it's late notice, but is anyone going to be around that might have time to get together?

I think Tim and I will be around until maybe 5 or so on Saturday.

Also: WOO!
