OMG Eeyore. I sent him two permit applications three weeks ago for signature. He didn't do it, and in fact went on vacation for a week without doing it. I couldn't get his sub to sign them either.
He finally comes back, I send him them AGAIN, please sign these, and he says the other name on the signature block is wrong, it shouldn't be the contractor and I need to get them changed.
ARGH.
