Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would really like to preemptively apologize for the amount of whining and crying I'm going to do here about my not-very-sick cat and my as-easy-as-possible move.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I likewise apologize for whining about this show, but I Cannot Sew Any More. I am never doing a show without a stitcher again.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

A health reform quiz from Kaiser. I have answered 10 out of 10 which is better than 99.6% of others who have taken it. Keep in mind, I know enough about the law, but not comprehensively. [link] Are people stupid? (I know the answer to that).

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, that sounds marvelous, Suela.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Are people stupid? (I know the answer to that).

All that talk about death panels and hurting small business sure paid off for the anti-health-care faction. It's terrifying how many people got those questions wrong.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

It has been a migrainy day all day. I've tried to nap, no luck. I cleaned, did laundry, watched a couple of movies and my head wasn't happy, but I was functional. Now it is bed time and it is back full force. The amped guitar upstairs does not help. Not one little bit.

Does anyone use calibre? [link] Pros? Cons? I don't want to buy a Kindle/Nook/etc but I would like to read some things that are formatted for those devices.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Yes, I use Calibre, and I think we discussed it briefly in another thread recently. Tech, maybe? Anyway, easy to use, easy to convert non-DRM files from one format to another.
