Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Does anyone use calibre? [link] Pros? Cons? I don't want to buy a Kindle/Nook/etc but I would like to read some things that are formatted for those devices.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Yes, I use Calibre, and I think we discussed it briefly in another thread recently. Tech, maybe? Anyway, easy to use, easy to convert non-DRM files from one format to another.

Exactly what Dana said--use it, love it, talked about it in tech (or maybe lit? I think tech) recently.

Just got home. Afraid to check what time my flight is tomorrow. Don't wanna know how early I need to leave this house.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Birthday Happies, Frank!
