Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Wait, I thought fish taco IS a slang for vagina.

Good. My memory isn't that bad....

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Sometimes a fish taco is just a fish taco.

Adele announced her pregnancy on her website, so he is merely relaying news, not breaking it.

Sitting in the grass for a half hour picking and eating wild strawberries does many things. It assures my neighbors that I am as crazy as they think I am. It makes all the cars driving by think I look crazy. I think I just ate what may be the most delicious berries I have ever eaten. Allows me to not have a hissy fit about the fact that my lawn still isn't mowed after three weeks.

Today set a record high of 103, with a code red smog alert. I really need to be elsewhere.

We had our 102 or so day yesterday.

Our forecast for today said today is:

The third in what may become one of longest strings of consecutive 90+-degree days in the area since the late 1950s.

Okey-dokey, then.

I want to ask, "Siri, where is the closest place it is 75 degrees?" We were over 100 today, and now we are having really strong winds as a storm front is coming through. Kids are wild/scared. Reports of tractor trailers toppled on the highway near Dayton (an hour N of here.)

I'm going to have to leave the house and water things. Ugh.

I would suggest people come visit, but of course it is 100+ here, it's just that I never go outside much right now.

Still people are welcome to come hide away from the world in my guest room. There is a cheery tangerine wall and crisp antique cotton sheets and and and mE!! to entertain you a couple of hours each night.

OMG! did I tell y'all?!? Mac's day camp is open July 4th!!! A day off for ONLY ME!! I am going to see if the massage therapist is working.
