I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Sure, but it would be harder for husband to get a job there.

Lot of tech stuff happening now. HUGE growth.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I want to buy stuff because Lands' End is having a big sale, but I already know I don't have enough money to move next month, so would someone please stop me? Even though it's on-sale khaki shorts, and who doesn't need those?? But also I could probably find some even cheaper at Marshall's and try them on first.

OK. Tab closed. PHEW.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ahaha! The other business analyst (I'm senior, he's not, WTF?) came over to vent about how stuff's just not getting done. Somehow the process is opening up and swallowing all the requests but never spitting anything back out, just periodically burping noxious fumes.

Poor guy.

But if his work isn't getting done, and my work isn't getting done...what the hell are the developers doing every day? No wonder they won't speak up in meetings.

I finally see the distrust that makes managers want you to account for your day in 15 minute increments. Where the fuck is the effort going? Jesus.

And, if I was able to put [vent about state of department on internet] down, maybe they'd get it.

oh, and no clothes buying for me, because I am getting attic stairs installed, repairing (possibly modifying) two walls, and having a medicine cabinet installed in the next couple of weeks. Austerity measures for everyone!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The good news on the austerity front is that with the CSA, I have basically pre-paid for the bulk of my food all summer.

Now tagless for your comfort.

information libertarian

Tons of 'em.

Also, the smallest sizes are mostly sold out, but if you wear a L or XL this dress is AWESOME: [link] I wear a 6-8 and it's very flattering, washes well, so comfy. I am wearing mine twice a week.
