I've often wondered which US these people live in, who can choose any doctor on earth with nobody else deciding which ones are allowed, and never have a wait for anything, and can get any procedure, and don't have any form of bureaucracy involved in the whole process from end to end.
My husband just got laid off. He flies out to his grandmother's funeral tomorrow.
