I'm having lots of thinky thoughts about my family, but instead I'll talk about my dinner.... Remember the kale and chorizo with poached egg thing I was making a while ago? On a similar note, every bit as good with mixed greens, bacon, and some dried chile. And that's all stuff in the house!

I got permission to share this amazing wedding invitation. I am speechless.
That was lovely. Both the story and the webpage. I keep hoping I'll have a story like that.
Okay, so if you had a friend whose yahoo email was hacked, spewing two spam linky mails to the entire address list, even the dead people, in the two minutes before she discovered the issue and changed the password, would you appreciate a followup "sorry I got hacked" email, or let it be?
Signed, sorry, everyone, and you should really use my gmail anyway, I just never closed my yahoo address because have you met my mother? Technological change is not her thing.

Yes, and yes.
Don't worry about it, flea. I'd just let it be.
Pretty much exactly, precisely what P-C said.
(Though my very first reaction was that I know a Jess married to a Russ, and for a second wondered...but no).
There must be a major breech at Yahoo. I got another spam mail from a friend I NEVER get mail from on his Yahoo account as well.
I want to hug my mom and tell her how much I love her right now. She was a great mom, and y'all are reminding me of how grateful I am for her love.
I feel the same way, Burrell.
flea, I was just coming here to ask if you'd been hacked! Speaking just for me, I don't think a followup email would be necessary, but I did feel the need to make sure you knew you'd been hacked, so you might be fielding some emails from people wondering the same thing.
Yes, notably my brother, who snarked that I should be using Gmail. Which I, you know, am, except for legacy purposes, like my mother.
I sent out a "Sorry for all the REALLY inappropriate spam" email when I got hacked, but mine was also a couple of days before I figured out how to deal, so I felt VERY BAD.
