And the guitar player from Heart, whose name I'm spacing on. Nancy Wilson?
Natter 69: Practically names itself.

Debbie Harry? Pat Benatar? How does he think they write music? Maybe it falls out of their vaginas like magical fairy dust.
Is punk rock/riot grrl not well-known? Did Kathleen Hanna cease to exist?
Joan Jett, Ann and Nancy Wilson, Grace Slick
Now I feel like listening to Heart really, really loud.

I love how Allyson can turn a phrase.
Come on, it's too easy. Neko Case, Lucinda Williams, Tina Weymouth, Kristin Hersh.
And even very mainstream, Madonna, Gaga (though still early in her career.)
Re: Penn State.
From an article on Chronicle of Higher Education about Spanier (the former president of PSU):
A grand-jury report released last week noted that Penn State officials failed to contact proper authorities when they learned of allegations that Jerry Sandusky, a former assistant football coach, sexually assaulted a boy in a university shower in 2002. Mr. Spanier denied that he was told the incident was "sexual in nature," suggesting he was only informed that the child and Mr. Sandusky were "horsing around in the shower."
the bolded area is mine. Isn't it curious that Sandusky used the same phrasing as Spanier about the shower incident(s)? I don't think this is a good thing. It demonstrates to me that Spanier likely did not do proper investigation of the charges and took Sandusky's words for it.
Anyone else have a different interpretation?
