Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Happy Birthday, Chikat!

Stephanie, are you still interested in the TJs exchange?

Trust my rage

Perkins, I've been meaning to email you. Yes, but meara already gifted me with awesome TJs stuff AND I'm going to be in Albuquerque next week, where they have a TJs. So I think at the moment, I can be a sender instead of a sendee.

eta: and I'm sorry to all grammar types for using "gift" as a verb. It just sort of slipped out.

But we need more senders and less sendees.

Can I overrule you on that?

I'll will be very happy to participate in any capacity. (you mean, I'm receiving instead of sending, right?) Especially if the result is TJs yumminess. And then if I don't make it to TJs over the weekend (it's like 1.5 hours from my parents), I won't be crushed.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Clearly not, Allyson. Sullivan's not always the most careful reader.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

None of those letters are excusing what he did. At most, they're trying to explain why it happened, which is a long way from excusing it.

I might argue that McQueary is a few points higher on the depraved depraved scale, because at least he didn't lie to a grand jury.

(Okay, it's a typo, but now I'm kind of fond of the depraved depraved scale.)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Sullivan's not always the most careful reader.

Yeah. He does like a billion posts a day so maybe he rushes a bit....

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

But I mean to lump all of those letters in with the idea that they are excusing? Or that it's even dissent? I don't get it. That has to be really sloppy reading.

I responded that he totally misread my letter and I don't understand why. But like Burrell said, he likely won't respond.

Right! Cool!

Maybe he's in a place that where he's a hammer and everything looks like a nail.

That, and a lazy-ass reading and response to a bunch of letters some of which had completely different points, regardless of what he thought (or thought he read) of them. I don't read his blog. Is it often like that?
