::steam:: I SO want to punch someonesomething right now. Ok, ok, it is KCD. I can't even explain the current crap, but it is more maddening than anything I have shared. CJ isn't home, K-Bug is in her room crying, and I'm spitting mad. And there ain't crap I can do about it. F*ck, I wish I could have a good cry and let this go. But it isn't something I can let go - he needs to do his part.
Technically I could go punch pads at the dojo but I'm afraid I'd screw up my shoulder worse that it currently is.
CNN says "Legendary Penn State coach Joe Paterno and school President Graham Spanier have lost their jobs effective immediately, university trustees announced. "
That sounds like fired. It's a start.
Yeah, I read that the PSU President turned in a letter of resignation. Sounds like it was at the board's urging.
My friend who used to work there said that Spanier ate, drank, and breathed PSU so this will be a tough situation for him.
Oh well.

Disgusting. He
signed-off
on barring Sandusky from bringing minors on campus but still he's shocked, shocked that anything untoward may have prompted such a bizarre step.
Man, and it just keeps getting worse. I'm ready to drink myself into oblivion tonight. CJ is home and I'm trying to put up a good front cause he doesn't need to be in the middle of this.
Students are starting to gather outside the administration building, chanting "fuck the board." Estimate last night was 1,000 students rallying downtown, but they mostly went home when they saw the police show up with riot gear. I hope nothing happens tonight.
I really don't get it.
No matter what your loyalties, raping children ought to ping your conscience. Raise some red flags. It should check you.
When you hear that one of your coaches is fucking a 10 year old boy against his will in the locker room? You should
want
to put that coach in jail.
Your first thought should not be: "I need to protect the university!"
Followed by: "Hey, I know that guy and I should protect him."
Anyway, I'm sure the gist of the Trustees meeting was along that line.
