It's the Classics library at the University of Cincinnati - where a staff member died a couple of weeks ago. (The Librarian had an ultrasound about a potential aortic aneurism this morning before meeting with me, but she seemed pretty confident she herself was not in danger of dying suddenly. Confident enough to joke about it.) She's very nice, but picky. I will NOT be online at work, I am very sure.
Natter 69: Practically names itself.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Congrats, flea!
Lesson of the day: When you are holding your cell phone and suddenly hear buzzing? Step 1: REMOVE THE BEE FROM YOUR HOUSE.
Oh, wonderful. Westboro Baptist is coming to protest at the Penn State football game on Saturday.
How is it that Westboro has the money for going on their snazzy and classy family vacations still? When I don't?
Whoa. That episode of Flashpoint was really intense.
However I'd really like to either be sleeping or not be in pain. This week is so fucked. And my work phone is still forwarded to my home phone, so calls were coming in. At least I've turned on DND. That was easier than logging and unforwarding.
Ugh, I wish you were sleeping or not in pain, ita.
I have bee PTSD. I was calm, bee-blocked the cat that thought it'd be the bestest buzzy toy ever, captured it, took it outside to bee freedom. Success!
Then my sister texted me and I really need to turn the vibrate off of my phone for a bit.
That episode of Flashpoint was really intense.
Which one, ita?
Do you get ION? The first of the eps--the one that starts with the wedding.
I'm gonna try sleeping again too, once I make sure I have nothing at work important to do.
I honestly cannot figure out how to make Facebook read coherently. I can't seem to figure out how to filter through information, and everything goes too damn fast. Every time I try to go to the site (because that's where the people are, unfortunately), I end up navigating away with my anxiety levels through the roof.
Any hints on how to make the thing more user friendly?
