I got a job! Temporary, and I sort of neglected to inquire how much I would be paid. But it's in a library.
Of course, they want me to start Monday at 8am, so I need to arrange before and after school care stat, and my mother is arriving tonight at 7pm and not leaving until Sunday at 4pm and then we're invited to dinner Sunday night. Also, the boss of the job admonished me for talking too loud today. That's right, a shusher.

Paterno staying until the end of the season isn't final yet. He announced that he's staying until then, but the board of trustees still has the option of forcing him out sooner. I don't think they will, though -- they're not going to want to cause that kind of controversy when the season is ending next month anyway.
