Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ugh, I hate coming in to work sick. How am I supposed to teach with a sore throat? phooey.

I think the answer is small groups.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

How am I supposed to teach with a sore throat?

I'm thinking Giles and the overhead projector in Hush.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hec, I would never think of orange/tangerine with banana bread, but now that you did it sounds great.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I went to Powell's! But I was scared to really get into it, since I didn't have THAT much time, so I basically ran in and out.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The cops just nabbed three people here, including a man in a Marine Corps uniform and a Guy Fawkes mask.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Warm mist / radiator humidifiers are not an option for the kids' room - huge risk of boiling water burns there.

I've had both Vicks and Venta break on me after one season.

Which Venta? The airwasher or the ultrasonic one? I've had an airwasher for years and it's still fine. I don't run it as often as I used to; I guess I adjusted eventually, but I definitely used it all winter for the first few years in my place. And when I didn't need it a friend borrowed it for a while because it helped her allergies.

Both! The airwasher never did jack shit for the humidity level in any room I tried it in. The ultrasonic one crapped out on me last night, though according to DH it was working again this morning so we may be ok.
