I used to have an awesome recipe that included a tablespoon or so of orange juice concentrate.
Reason to clean is that the water ends up with particles. So cleaning consist of taking it to the sink, adding dish soap, filling up to replace water boiled off, dumping soapy water, rinsing out soap, and drying - sort of like minimally cleaning a pot.

Yeah, I was thinking about doing something with the tangerine juice and some orange zest. Hmmmm. I'd love that but my kids wouldn't touch it. The picky little ingrates!
