The SO & I always say that we're still both freaks, but now we're freaks together, and no one else has to put up with us.
I am so zonkered, y'all. I just cannot get over it.
Anyway, the Biscuit just got out of dental surgery. He had several teeth out this round, poor boo, but they say he'll feel much better now. I hope so, but I feel bad for him. They tell us it's probably nothing we could have done, that his poor nutrition while he was neglected in puppyhood and on his own thereafter is likely the culprit, but I still feel bad.
eta:
I know. It's just frustrating.
Yeah, for sure. I went ahead and pinged Mark anyway in case there's something he can do. But I don't think he's even in town with you.
Another little quake just a couple of minutes ago -- were any other Bayistas awake to feel it?
Yeah, it was one of the strongest I've felt, actually! Freaked me out a bit.
But the ones I missed while in Jacksonville were stronger, though. I came home to various things having fallen down or off shelves.
I think one of the advantages of meeting someone when you're a little older is being able to decide when you are truly compatible or just thinking you are.
That's true, but I've never been in a relationship, so I fear that if I met someone now, it would be like starting at 0. I'm so behind.

You need some practice relationships. I feel like I should coach you on this since I had umpty jillion six month relationships.
I don't get how video conferencing hasn't caught on more. I love it. I do it with my sister all the time. I bought her an iPod Touch so we weren't limited by her crap laptop anymore.
eta: Maria, fingers MASSIVELY crossed for the DH. Massively.
All kinds of ~ma for the DH, Maria. We'll be thinking of you both.

I'm resistant to change. And am sometimes not properly dressed and/or have crazy bedhead late into the day. But the G+ hangout was easy. Totally doing it again.
It was awesome. And we are close, but the way the roads line up, it's a 2hr round trip. Which I'll happily do.
This was super fun. Less singing time in the car though.

It has on planet Sox. Sister in New Zealand does that.
Jilli, it's early. Perhaps they are still sleeping?
The sleep of the Damned
Ah ha ha ha
I not so secretly hope the drummer rolls out of bed and finally calls you, Jilli. I so want to see that interview!
I'll have to work out if the G+ hangout works on my tablet. That would make it even cooler. Does it allow for multiple people? But my sister will never use it. She hates on Google something radical. She's so cute with her principles and shit.
C'mon, coworker! Call me back! Let's get this question answered once and for all!
