Actually, I was thinking it would be sort of like a pet. You know, we could...we could name her Trixie, or Miss Kitty Fantastico, or something.

Beer now?

Beer has polyphenols that reduce inflammation. It's practically medicine.

In theory, I want to have better handwriting or at least readable handwriting. However, on the list of skills I'm willing to spend time on, it's somewhere below putting on eyeliner.

Ha! Heeeey, maybe that's how I should think about handwriting. Because eyeliner application is all muscle memory now for me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

ita, I was going to send an invite to you, but the thought of forcing preschoolers on you seemed cruel

No worries, Kat. I barely made it to the grocery store yesterday.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Coding and Sleeping

Well, we just sold my 18 year old Civic. It went in less than 24 hours after listing it. We tried to give it away to family and friends first, but nobody wanted it.

Congrats on making some money on the car, Gud. Your family missed out.

Today has been a put-put type day. Have gotten some things done around the house but have also done my nails and made a Krispy Kreme run.

Wow, 18 years old and it sold? Impressive!!

Yesterday I spent All The Money at Sephora (omg so much, but I wanted all the things!) and then today went to the going out of business sale at the boot store, and ended up buying two pairs of boots--almost $300 (but the one pair was originally $299). OUCH. But I did need new boots (um, one pair. But the other was so PRETTY!) I really need to get a hold on the spending for the rest of April. Ay.

Balls. My oven is broke: the ignition switch has failed. And since I am not handy enough to do anything with electricity, I shall have to call a repairman. Balls.
