I'm sorry, dad. You know I would never have tried to save River's life if I had known there was a dinner party at risk.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

If the answer is no, I may go back to hand-written note cards.

Charming. I'd come to your party just because you did that.

I would be a total Luddite if I didn't love the Internet so

Jesse,

can you just design a pretty webpage and attach a google docs form link to it?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Well I haven't ordered it yet smonster, but I will let you know. My newest suit is about 2 years old, and my oldest suit is begging to be retired.

Coloring my hair and hoping I hit auburn.

If she has a pretty webpage, she can send it as an HTML e-mail with a little fiddling.

What about using Stationery in Outlook or finding an HTML e-mail template to adapt?

eta: What about using an e-card site?

I like handwritten note cards. But we've had a few get lost on the recipients end this go round. ita, I was going to send an invite to you, but the thought of forcing preschoolers on you seemed cruel. Even if there were champagne.

Because books.

We played adults versus kids kickball this afternoon. I think I pulled every muscle I had to pull, in my legs anyway.

Beer now?

Most of the time, I'm the anti-Luddite. Something handwritten by me may be more personal, but not very useful, since my handwriting is illegible. Also, my brain doesn't even think in handwriting. I've been writing directly on a keyboard for more than 30 years. If I was going to write a heartfelt and articulate note, I'd have to write it on computer and then copy it in handwriting.

As for things that come in the mail, either the psycho mailman loses them or I do. I want the information in an e-mail so I can copy it to the calendar. Also, I don't want to be tempted to add to the piles of paper.

I want to have better handwriting. Mostly because I love fountain pens and inks, and I need more excuses to use the ones I have.

Beer now?

Beer has polyphenols that reduce inflammation. It's practically medicine.

In theory, I want to have better handwriting or at least readable handwriting. However, on the list of skills I'm willing to spend time on, it's somewhere below putting on eyeliner.
