You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

This leaning-his-head-to-one-side-and-smiling is how he tries (and, of course, succeeds each and every time) in charming whoever he wants to charm. How will we ever be able to set clear limits to all this adorableness?

Well, you can't obviously. It is too much!

(And then I look at pictures of other used-to-be-babies, like the lovely ones billytea posted of Ryan recently, and apparently that's what babies do, grow into toddlers. How interesting.)

We can't even call Ryan a toddler anymore. He's graduated into little boyhood. Nilly, did you hear him singing Waltzing Matilda? [link]

One of my coworkers is so over the runup to Passover. It doesn't help that her parents' apartment burned a couple months ago, so she's dealing with that as well.

I wonder how he died.

If not something internal health-wise, I suspect a fall. Even experienced people underestimate how screwed you are if you can't walk out. Even in summer, the night time temp drop to degrees that daytime clothes aren't enough.

Swouncing

He's graduated into little boyhood.

And what a great little boy! He looks so beautiful, and tben he starts moving and his face fill up with expresion, and you can see how much of a character he has, as well.

did you hear him singing Waltzing Matilda?

Oh, my goodness. The definition of "adorable" should have this next to it.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Pi Toddler! Nilly, he is SO adorable!

Steph, I hope you got back to sleep.

I did, but I think it took about 45 minutes.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Have ticket to Springsteen tonight. Looking forward to it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

More Lazy Sunday with Mom. She's still all thrilled that I took her out to Walmart and CVS and is telling one of her friends All About It on the phone just now. :-)

Later I shall be visiting the Good Will where I usually find Amazing Bargains.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think I pissed off a nurse by asking for more anti nausea meds. I don't know if I'm fucking with her schedule or not, but when I told her that they had discharged me without ascertaining anything more than "still has a headache" it was me she looked irritated with, and me she pushed back on meds choice with.

I'm happy that I got most of the pain cocktail, and I'm not even going to fight for all, but anti emetics, seriously? No, I'm not trying to ruin your day by suggesting a combo of meds that has worked for me in the past, although I am being terribly self-centred.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So glad the PiToddler is still the Happiest Baby in the World!

I'm doing stupid freelance work, and what I have is fine, but I kind of promised some inspiration, and that's just not there. Ah well.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I think I pissed off a nurse by asking for more anti nausea meds.

You know how addicts are always trying to make off with the anti nausea drugs, ita.

Glad you got your pain cocktail at least.
