Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Most of my linked in connections are just ghat - people ive worked with in some way or another. It doesn't indicate friends or even ongoing contact.

Fuck. Debit card stolen and charges being made. This should be fun.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, damn, brenda. That's a crap way to start the weekend.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh, brenda -- that's the worst. When I had all that identity theft, I kept saying, "At least they aren't stealing my money!" And it's true -- they were stealing from companies in my name, but not actually from me....

hip deep in pie

That sucks Brenda.

I am totally nosy and have looked up people on FB. But, as ita said, mostly it's just kids and spouses. I am mostly surprised when people don't have things locked down better. I ran into someone from university recently and she mentioned seeing some of my comments on Facebook. All I could think was "Should you be able to see them???"

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Oh no, Brenda!

I have very few actual friends among my Linkedin connections - I'm very picky about who I friend on FB, but I figure with Linkedin it's best to cast as wide a net as possible.

Loki is a fan of bacon maple biscuits. He just tried to steal the whole thing.

Marketing done, at least it wasn't raining hard? Now I need to get to Target, TJs and Safeway. And sneak in a swim between thunderstorms...

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Not on Facebook. Gary's on Linkedin, but that's mainly for work stuff.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Hookers and blow, y'all!

We've got friends in town this weekend. Plans for the day include: going out for brunch, coming back home to move some furniture around (I plan to fold laundry while everyone else does the heavy lifting), then going out to see The Hunger Games and going somewhere yummy for dinner. Wish I'd slept better last night (woke up with bad heartburn at 2:30, moved to the couch around 4, finally fell back asleep sometime after 5:30), but otherwise, I'm excited for the day! I love having people visit, and these are some of my oldest and best friends. The fact that they want to help us set up baby stuff is just a bonus.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hey, wanna start the morning off with a few tears?
